You should have a personal productivity system to get stuff done. As the name suggests, it is a personal thing. There’s no one best way that works for everybody. But, there are guidelines and principles that help you to build the best system for you.
While building up one trusted system for all your productivity needs is a poven practice, using your calender for everything is probably not the best choice.
